Ltd (‘the controller’) which is a small private Guernsey based business offering coaching, training, leadership development and systemic constellations. Johansen & Co. Limited will only processes your personal data for the following operational functions:

Provision of quotations and invoices for services provided and compilation of subscribed mailing lists.

 The Data Protection Law

The data controller (Johansen & Co. Ltd ) acknowledges its obligations as per the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 (‘the Law’) which provides a number of requirements in terms of processing activities involving personal data. The controller further acknowledges the general principles of processing as well as the rights of a data subject. The Principles of Processing
