Google coaching and an overwhelming array of definitions, disciplines, methodologies, ex-sports stars, weekend practioners and large yellow buses will appear, even when we do get to terms such as executive or business coach, there are still many types of coaches doing many different things - so how do we describe what we do in amongst this melee?
At Johansen we coach the whole person, body, mind and spirit, whether you come to us for personal or business coaching, we believe any issues we are grappling with in our business lives requires sight of who we are in our entirety. Our coaching focusses on deepening self-awareness to become conscious of how we relate and what is driving our behaviour, only when we see and understand our patterns can we be in choice as to how we want to do things differently going forward.

Team Coaching

Cato and Michelle are both experienced Team Coaches and enjoy working together supporting Leadership Teams. We think of this as …

a systemic team coaching process where we work with the whole team, both when they are together and when they are apart, in order to help them improve both their collective performance and how they work together, and also how they develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage with all their stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business.

We have undertaken assignments in Guernsey, the UK, The Netherlands, Norway, Finland, France and Dubai.
